Our suppliers
Meat
Most of our meat is supplied by Natural
Farms in Kent. All animals are selected
by Natural Farms' own fieldsmen who inspect
each farm and advise on breeding and management
to ensure that Natural Farm meat is always
of the highest quality. All beef, pork and
lamb is free range and additive-free.
Additional meat supplies, also of the highest
quality, are obtained from J&J Butchers.
Fish
Fresh fish comes straight from the boats
at Shoreham harbour every Thursday.
Eggs
Our eggs are free-range from Park Farms
in Sussex.
Herbs
Stanmer Organics supplies our herbs whenever
possible.
Breads and pastries
Fresh breads and pastries come from The
Real Patisserie in Trafalgar Street.
Teas and coffees
Our fair-trade teas and coffees are from
Herbert & Ward.
