At all our Tin Drum restaurants we pride ourselves in the fact that as much as possible the food we serve is sourced from local producers. We have acquired a small holding in Upper Dicker near Hailsham called Starnash, where we grow much of our produce. A lot of our meat is also sourced from local farms. Christmas Menu Click here for booking form The Christmas menu is available at all our venues from 1 to 24 December 2009, lunchtimes Monday-Friday and in the evenings Monday-Saturday. We can accommodate parties of up to 40 people, (or more for a buffet) if booked well in advance. Parties Parties will need to complete a booking form (available from Venues or downloadable from www.tindrum.co.uk in pdf format). We would be grateful if you could complete the form indicating everyone's menu choices and which Tin Drum you are booking for and post, fax or email it back to us as soon as possible. - Conditions

- 1. A deposit of £5 per head will be charged on booking. This can be paid in cash, credit card or cheque and will be returned on the day of the meal or deducted from the bill.
- 2. Cancellations of individual bookings must be made 24 hours in advance or the deposit will be retained as compensation.
- 3. We can accommodate parties of up to 40 people on the condition that the menu is pre-ordered and booked well in advance.
- 4. All parties need to pre-book their menu choices.
- 5. A discretionary service charge of 10% will be added to the bill.
- 6. The Tin Drum reserves the right to use booked tables if the party does not show up half an hour after the booked time.
- Customers Dining during the day must vacate tables by 6pm for evening reservations.
